Hey everyone,
I have a dry spot on my skin between my right thumb & index finger. A friend also told me this spot was brown. Has anyone experienced this before and can anyone tell me what it could possibly be? I am a very stressed out person by nature and I am very worried now although this is not painful. My doctor is on vacation till August 15. It may not be anything serious but I am worried shitless! Thanks for your answers.

Hi Lyn sorry to hear about that, I don't know what it could be, I get spots acney and exema I think I have but I don't know what colour the spots are. Some times you can get spots due to stress or rashes or skin problems.

Well does it flake or bleed if so you have reason to worry, if not dont, if it changes or grows worry, if not, it's harmless.

well thanks. no, it does not bleed, nor does it flake and grow. it's just a dry spot on the skin there and friends tell me it's brown-like color. Thanks for your replies!

Hmm that's good news from the sound of things, you need to pay more attention to your stress levels, than a minor plook on your finger.

Hi Linda,

I have actually the same problem with my skin as you are describing, but it helps me to some extend when I use special creams or soap for sensitive skin. Also, try to wash your hends with luke warm water, because sometimes it may also cause irritation on the skin. Hope you can sort this problem son.
